SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every article purchased in the Royce Online Shop can be returned free of charge. 

 

Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as delivered (unused tags and labels, protection packaging etc.).

 

Returns that are damaged unpacked the protection covers, dustbag, used, washed or altered will not be accepted, and the bag will remain in the customer possession. We may refund you back or offer in-store credit.

Any issue caused by a courier or a return label other than ours is not liable.

Your return may take up to 3 business days to be processed by us. After that, you will receive a confirmation by email. After that, the refund will be processed to your original payment method, credit/debit card or bank account. Refunds may take up to 2 days, depending on your bank. 

Claimer: Goods are classified as faulty if they have been damaged or a manufacturing fault occurred within 1 week of purchase. In this case, we are kindly asking you to send us back the article. We cannot accept items that have been worn and used beyond being tried on.

The shipping period is next day delivery for the in-stock products, and for the ones we did not hold up to five business days.
